From July 7–9, Zeta FC Academy proudly hosted its Directors Camp, bringing together academy players and a talented group of visiting players from China for three days of elite training, education, and international collaboration.
Led by Technical Director George Kuntz (Head Coach at Cal State Fullerton), Boys Director Coach Sey, and Coach Ivan, the camp showcased Zeta FC Academy’s unique player development philosophy—combining classroom education with high-level on-field training.
Beyond soccer, the camp fostered meaningful international friendships as Zeta FC Academy welcomed players from China to train alongside local athletes. The experience highlighted the power of football to unite cultures while creating lifelong memories.
One of the most memorable moments of the camp was the special visit from former England international and Ballon d’Or winner Michael Owen. Our academy directors had the opportunity to meet and work alongside one of the game’s legends, exchanging coaching philosophies and providing an unforgettable experience for everyone involved
Over the course of three inspiring days, players challenged themselves mentally and physically while learning directly from experienced coaches dedicated to developing the complete player.
The success of the July 7–9 Directors Camp reflects Zeta FC Academy’s ongoing commitment to providing world-class training opportunities and building international pathways for young athletes.
A heartfelt thank you to our directors, coaches, players, families, and our visiting delegation from China for making this event such a tremendous success. We look forward to continuing to inspire the next generation of players—both on and off the field.
